On Friday, May 8th at 12:30pm in the CPlant Performing Arts Center at McCracken County High School, we will recognize the following Performing, Visual and Media Arts Seniors for their accomplishments and signing college scholarships.

We are happy to announce the UK HealthCare Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Male Player of the Month for April is Miles Woodfork from McCracken County High School.
Miles has emerged as a leader and key contributor on the basketball court, helping guide his team to a historic No. 7 ranking in the state—the highest in school history. He has played a major role in his team’s successful season through his skill, work ethic, and composure under pressure. Beyond his performance, Miles is known for his leadership, discipline, and character, consistently setting a strong example for his teammates and peers. His impact on both his team and program this season has been undeniable.
Congratulations, Miles, and keep up the great work!

Mustangs FR Softball will play @ Marshall County on May 14th @ 5:30pm.

Due to the potential of severe weather, Tonight's McCracken Middle School Track and Field Invitational has been RESCHEDULED for Thu. 4/30.
There will be Boys Track Practice Today at 4:00.

McCracken County High School is proud to recognize juniors Mason Clements and Caroline Presswood for being named finalists for the KHSAA Student Advisory Group for the 2026–27 school year. This prestigious statewide program selects just 16 student-athletes to represent their peers while promoting leadership, sportsmanship, and a positive culture in athletics. As finalists, Mason and Caroline have demonstrated outstanding character, commitment, and leadership both on and off the field.
The Student Advisory Group focuses on addressing current topics in education-based athletics while empowering students to grow as leaders and understand the impact they can make in their schools, communities, and across Kentucky. Participants engage in meaningful opportunities such as the NFHS National Student Leadership Summit and play active roles in planning and leading initiatives like the KHSAA HYPE Student Leadership Conferences.
We are incredibly proud of Mason and Caroline for representing McCracken County High School at such a high level and look forward to seeing the continued impact they will make.
