✨STATE CHAMPIONSHIP ✨
Harper Hunt represented the Lady Mustangs in the final stage of the KHSAA State Tournament. She finished 52nd with scores of 86-84 for the two days. She played well in an extremely tough field of competition and hurricane-rainy conditions on day 2.
Proud coach for the way she represented her team and our school on high school golf’s biggest stage.
This concludes the 2026 season.

Day 2 of the 2026 KHSAA STATE Tournament Final Round After another hard fought day McCracken County Mustangs finished tied for 5th place at 623! Scoring for the tournament : Jack Farmery (152) finished tied for 29th Evan Hack (153) finished tied for 32nd Brently Gregory(157) finished tied for 53rd Peyton Courtney (161) finished tied for 60th Cooper Webb (172) finished tied for 82nd What a season! Congratulations on all of your hard work and dedication! We will definitely miss our Senior (Jack Farmery) you all have taken our program to new places and set standards for future players to strive for! With a score of 79 and T-18th finish, Harper advances to the State Championship round next week at Bowling Green Country Club.

2026 Men’s Golf KHSAA State 1st Round The McCracken County Men’s Golf Team is the KHSAA State 1st Round Men’s Golf Team 3rd place team. The men’s team shot a 4 over par 292 team score with a strong backside to rally to take the 3rd place finish! 8th grader Peyton Courtney lead the way with a 1 under par 71 and an 8th place finish! Jack Farmery and Evan Hack both had solid day and finished in 16th place individually with a 1 over par 73’s! Region 1 individual Champion Brently Gregory overcame a slow start and rallied to shoot 75 and finished in tied 27th place individually. Cooper Webb rounded out the top five with a solid day at 79 and a 47th place finish individually. The Men’s team advances to the KHSAA State Final Round next week 10/5-10/7 at Bowling Green Country Club! Congratulations!!!! And Good Luck!!!! ⛳️⛳️

Congratulations Mustangs Women's Golf - 2026 Region Runner-Ups!

KHSAA Region 1 Tournament -
The Lady Mustangs put together an outstanding performance at the Region 1 Tournament, earning a Runner-Up finish and securing their spot in the First Round of the State Tournament next Wednesday at Bardstown Country Club.
Three of our five girls finished in the Top 10, led by Harper Hunt (T-3rd), McKenna Ringstaff (T-6th), and Ella Shelbourne (9th).
This team was motivated and showed resilience, composure, and determination to keep their season alive.
Congratulations girls. The journey continues next week at State! Go Mustangs!
