Welcome Mrs. Katie Williams, our new 4th grade teacher, to RIS!  We are excited to have her on board for the upcoming school year!  Some of you might remember her from when she worked with the after school program at Farley Elementary and subbed in some of your classes.  Katie has taught 4th and 5th grade math at St. Mary Elementary School for the past 3 years and will bring lots of knowledge and fresh ideas with her.
