Board members unanimously approved new naming rights contracts with two generous local businesses, Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital and Edward Jones & Co. Financial Advisors.
Beginning this school year and for the duration of the five-year contract, the high school soccer/track and field will go by its new name, “Mercy Health Field,” and the baseball field will go by “Edward Jones Field.” Together the two contracts will bring in $72,500 in additional funds for the high school over the next five years (Mercy Health giving $50,000, and Edward Jones & Co. giving $22,500).
