Kindergarten Halloween Program – 6 PM on Thursday! 

If you have a Kindergartner, please be sure to join us on Thursday night at 6:00 PM at the HMS Auditorium as Kindergarten proudly presents their Halloween program!

Parent-Teacher Conferences – Tuesday, October 23rd – 4:15-7:15 PM 

If your child’s teacher or you would like to request a conference with your child’s teacher(s), information to sign up will be coming home on Monday!

Fall Festival – October 26th – 5-8 PM - BE SURE TO JOIN US!!!!

Please mark your calendar for our INCREDIBLE Fall Festival!!!! It is October 26th from 5-8 PM at HMS Football Field! Armband info, raffle info, and much more information will be sent home on Monday! Inflatables, haunted bus, games, silent auctions, raffles, BBQ, burgers, hot dogs, nachos, funnel cakes, and edible cookie dough will all be available!!! Please make plans to attend and invite everyone!

PTSO Texas Roadhouse Rolls Fundraiser 

If you would like to enjoy delicious Texas Roadhouse rolls and cinnamon butter this Thanksgiving & Christmas...HES PTSO is here to help! You can order your fresh, frozen bread dough for $6 a dozen and butter for $4 (enough for 2 dozen). Checks need to be made to HES PTSO and orders are due on October 22nd! You can pick up the orders anytime between November 7-November 23 at Texas Roadhouse (Monday-Friday - 10:00am-6:00pm). Once you turn in your orders, tickets will be issued for each order and those tickets will be used for those that ordered to pick up their rolls/butter at Texas Roadhouse. Thank you for your support!! 

HES Blood Drive – November 1st

Information will be coming home on Monday about the upcoming Blood Drive on November 1st from 12-6 PM. Please consider donating blood and finding other sponsors in our community so we can help others in need!!!

 

 

Breakfast & Lunch – CEP Program

All of our students will be eating free breakfast and lunch this school year thanks to the CEP program! However, if they would like extras these items, they will be charged. If you haven’t already done so, please be sure to complete the CEP form here: https://www.nlappscloud.com/Welcome.aspx?api=e4b73b83a6253f4bd2f1246841fe7bf1#loaded 

By completing this form, it will help us keep the CEP program here at HES.

 

Pirates Clubhouse

Just like last year, Pirates Clubhouse will operate from 6:30 AM-8:10 AM. If you have any questions, please contact our director, Ms. Jenna Shelby (Email:jenna.shelby@mccracken.kyschools.us or Phone: 270-538-4060). We will also continue our after school program this school year! It will operate from 3:30-6:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 3:30-5:30 on Fridays.
