A three day summer camp for special education students of McCracken County Schools will be held June 15-17 from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at Lone Oak Middle School.

2015 MARS Rover
Heath Elementary's Apollo 13 team won the 2015 District MARS Rover.  
HES Mars Rover Competition Winners
Our 5th grade students spend part of their time investing in the Project Lead the Way Mars Rover curriculum which leads to the students designing and building robot-like machines and then compete for which Mars Rover can pick up the most moon rocks in the Mars Rover arena. Check out our HES team winners!

The May 2015 Teacher of the Month is Ms. Kim Carper from Farley Elementary School. 
HES Wins 2015 District 1 Governor's Cup
HES won the 2015 District 1 Governor's Cup competition hosted by Ballard County Elementary School on Tuesday, February 24th and Saturday, February 28th.

Gavin Schooley, a kindergarten student at HES was diagnosed with Stage III Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, an aggressive form of childhood cancer, at the age of 7 months.
