Who qualifies for Preschool??
1) Children who are 3 or 4 years old on or before October 1, 2009
2) Children whose family income meets state or federal guidelines or children with developmental delays (See Income Chart Below)
3) Children who live in the McCracken County School District

What should I bring with me when I do the paperwork??
Proof of annual income including: Certified Birth Certificate
Wages (1040, W-2, check stubs, etc) Child’s Social Security Card
Proof of child support Medical Card or Insurance Card
Any government checks Custody Papers if applicable
Your day will be easier if you are able to leave your child with someone else while you do this paperwork. It takes about 45 minutes to complete all the paperwork.
You will be given an appointment for a later time for your child’s preschool screening.
Early Head Start Applications will also be taken during this registration.
