Mrs.Wear has been in public education for as far back as she can remember, from a young age being pushed by her parents to achieve greatness, till today teaching at Commonwealth Middle College. Working with high school kids is her passion, she stated, "If you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life." As far as Middle College, it allows her a challenge, still being able to work with High school students yet being able to do what most want to do. She has the ability to show students how to not procrastinate, be ahead of the game, and teach them to mature as far as school is concerned.
Her interests include golfing and going to church, attending Lone Oak First Baptist, she is a Christian.
