Vision Statement
The vision of the Concord Elementary School comprehensive school counseling program is for all students to be productive, leading members of society.  Students are instilled with the academic knowledge and problem-solving skills necessary to ensure they are college- and career-ready.  They are resilient when faced with obstacles to overcome.  They lead by example, exhibiting appreciation for diversity and empathy for others, and are aware of their own value and worth.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Concord Elementary School comprehensive school counseling program is to remove barriers so that all students are involved and challenged in learning.  By collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and community stakeholders, the school counseling program provides equitable access to all students to ensure their academic, career, and personal/social needs are met.
Program Beliefs
All students have dignity and worth.
All students can develop resilience to overcome any challenge they face.
All students can be successful in all facets of their lives with appropriate supports and interventions, as well as rigorous instruction.
All students can be leaders in their family, school and community.
All students should have access to a comprehensive school counseling program.
